Effective October 17, 2025
These general terms apply to all contracts under which Saura Health Oy (hereinafter "service provider") offers products and services to consumers and/or businesses ("customer"). Services cover all products and services sold by Saura, including the mobile application, web service, laboratory tests, and subscription services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the contract is formed when the customer places an order from the service provider's online store, uses any of Saura's services, or in the case of business customers, when the service provider accepts an order made by the business customer via email.
Services and products are ordered from the service provider's online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the cart contents. When ordering from the online store, the customer is expected to have reviewed and committed to the current terms and conditions.
Use of the service requires legal adulthood and Finnish online banking credentials.
The customer receives the sampling device according to the current delivery times.
If laboratory test results are outside reference values or the customer suspects illness, they should contact a doctor. The service provider does not offer direct consultation or medical treatment based on test results. The customer may separately purchase advisory services through our partners, whose details and pricing can be found on their own websites.
Laboratory tests are produced by Vita Laboratoriot Oy, and Saura Health Oy acts as their reseller. Laboratory results are delivered directly to Saura's web service, where the customer can view them.
Current price lists apply to products and services. Additionally, a sampling fee of €10 is added to orders under €40. The customer has access to various payment methods, including online banking, card payments, and invoicing services.
Saura Health offers paid subscription services that renew automatically. Subscriptions can be purchased through the mobile application (App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android) or through the web service.
Detailed subscription terms, including pricing, subscription period duration, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions, are clearly presented before making a purchase. Subscriptions purchased through app stores are also subject to the App Store or Google Play general terms and conditions.
Subscription management and cancellation are handled according to the purchase method used (App Store settings, Google Play settings, or web service account management). Detailed cancellation instructions can be found in the service and, if applicable, in the app store guidelines.
Consumer customers have the right under consumer protection law to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the order. Notwithstanding the above, due to the nature of the service, cancellation must always be made before taking the sample or other test, and the sampling device must be unopened.
If the product does not match the order, the customer must notify the service provider of the error and any claims within 14 days at the latest by email or by calling customer service.
The service provider is not responsible for delays or other breaches of obligations caused by reasons beyond the service provider's control, such as strikes, fires, or public authority measures.
The service provider's liability is limited to the price paid for the service. Indirect damages are not compensated.
